Collin was a caring person and believed in Justice.  

He was only 18 years old when he was poisoned by Fentanyl.  

He was a 1st semester student at Bluegrass Community and Technical College pursuing a career in economics and business with hopes of becoming a politician.  

He wanted to be a force of change to better the lives of others.  

So many Bereaved and Affected Families of the Drug Epidemic have encountered stigma and disregard.  

Collin had a heart for the Least of Us. 

His Story is not Over.
